Mr. Mehul Patel is Director & Co-founder at Glaricx Technologies Pvt. Ltd. bringing more than 15+ years of executive experience and responsible for running all facets of the business. Before Glaricx, he held leadership positions with The Cygnet, GTPL, Magnaquest, FIS Global, Optimize IT Systems, Greenapex. He has assisted in implementation of many IT projects – ranging from dynamic websites, Business Process Automation Applications, Portals, E-governance solutions, and services, including Digital Government Strategy across the India, USA, Europe, and many other countries.

Mr Mehul acquired BE in Information Technology, became Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, SCRUM Master from SCRUM Alliance. He relies on good governance and follows project management principles and leads the company's PMO, processes and community activities. Also, the VP of PMI Gujarat Chapter – he looks after spreading knowledge and awareness of project management practices in Gujarat region via way of forums, workshops, and trainings and during his tenure, PMI has mentored many aspirants to become certified professionals

He motivates the team to provide businesses with solutions that align technology, processes, and people well and, in return, helps businesses maximize their value. Mr. Dhaval Patel is Strategy and Advisor at Glaricx Technologies Pvt. Ltd, and Founder & Director at XONNI Solutions Ltd,  bringing more than 19 years of experience, much of it involving executive and senior software development management roles. He has executed a wide range of software and network services projects. He has consulted on and led many projects involving application development in SharePoint Online/Office 365, power apps, power BI, Ms flow, Ms Teams, Azure cloud, Azure AD, SPFx, PNP, CSOM, VScode, powershell, Azure copy tool, fiddler,  enterprise architecture, business process management, SOA, mobility, field force automation, and business transformation projects. Certifications MCTS: Microsoft SharePoint 2010, Application Development and Architecting Microsoft Azure Solutions

Dhaval strongly believes in an agile process-oriented approach to IT projects. He is an expert in managing resources, both local and in offshore environments. He has successfully managed team sizes for a number of clients, from a few to several hundred. At Glaricx, he is leading the effort to bring innovation and leadership to the Microsoft technologies . Dhaval received his Masters from University of Dundee in Display Technology.
